Welcome to the electronic mailroom of the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic.
Electronic submissions may be made by e-mail* sent to or using a technical data carrier (CD with ISO9660 file system, USB Flash Disk).
The data carriers can be delivered to the mailroom of the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic, Evropská 1692/37, 160 00, Prague 6 during its office hours. Technical data carriers will be returned only on request.

*If it is necessary in the following cases for the sender to attach an electronic signature to a submission through the electronic signature must be based on a qualified certificate issued by an accredited certification service provider (e.g. ICA). This will ensure that an electronically signed submission will have the same legal value as a written document signed by hand.

List of the legislation under which the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic performs legal acts electronically and the particulars of these acts, in particular the requirements concerning the use of electronic signatures:
A request for information pursuant to Act No. 106/1999 Coll., on free access to information, i.e., a written request for information under this Act may be signed by an electronic signature.
Submissions made pursuant to Act No. 500/2004 Coll. on Administrative Procedure:
Must be signed with an advanced electronic signature (Article 37, para. 4), must include the mandatory content requirements of the submission pursuant to Article 37 para. 2, i.e. in the case:
§ Individuals: name, surname, date of birth, place of residence or other address for service;
§ Private business individuals: name and surname, or a supplement distinguishing the individual entrepreneur or type of business related to that person, or the type of business they operate, identification number, address registered in the Commercial Register or other legally adapted records e.g. place of business or alternative delivery address;
§ Legal entities: name or business name, identification number or similar data, registered address or alternative delivery address.
Electronic submissions must also include the mandatory requirements for electronic submissions with advanced electronic signatures pursuant to Article 37 para. 5, i.e. the certification service provider that issued the certificate and keeps records thereof shall be stated or the certificate shall be attached to the submission,

Submissions pursuant to Act No. 130/2002 Coll., on the support of research, experimental development and innovation from public funds and amending some related Acts (Act on Support of Research and Experimental Development) and Act No. 137/2006 Coll., on Public Procurement must be signed with an advanced electronic signature.

Receiving and processing of electronic submissions:
When the electronic mailroom receives an electronic submission it notifies the sender by an e-mail sent to the address stated in the submission. The content of the e-mail is determined by the result of the checking of the e-submission for the presence of virus, etc.
If the sender is replaced, further communication with Technology Agency of the Czech Republic can be conducted exclusively in paper form.
Processing of electronic submissions is governed by the legal norms and the ISVS standard for the operation of electronic mailrooms in relation to the use of advanced electronic signatures (issued by ÚVIS No. 016/01.01).
