The Technology Agency of the Czech Republic helps Czech enterprises and research organizations to establish cooperation in the area of applied research and innovations.

SIGMA Programme – sub-objective 4, bilateral cooperation, is a funding scheme designed to support bilateral projects between Czech enterprises and research organizations and their foreign counterparts outside the European Economic Area.
